District Services
Starting in 2016 the Boise School District launched Idaho's first four Community Schools in neighborhood Title I elementary schools. We've since expanded and our number one objective is to increase student achievement by helping to remove barriers to learning.
About Us
The Boise Community Schools strategy uplifts its student body, their families, and the community at large through collaboration with parents, teachers, faculty, and community partners. This unique meeting of minds and hearts creates a powerful engine for meaningful change and community enrichment.
Through partnerships with great organizations Boise Schools are able to provide critical services, social support, and empowering programs intended to ensure that every student from every background and walk of life is able to thrive.
Each Community School has a dedicated space with the school and a staff assigned to plan, organize and implement the Community School strategy in a way that best serves each school’s neighborhood.
